1. Seller and minimum age
The seller is Bodegas Petrón, S.L., Spanish tax ID B27275882, at Lugar Doade, 55 · 27424 Sober (Lugo), Spain; contact info@bodegaspetron.es.
Only people aged at least 18 and legally entitled to buy alcohol may place an order. By ticking the relevant confirmation, the customer declares that this requirement is met.
2. Products, prices and availability
Each product page identifies the wine, format, price and applicable taxes. Photographs are illustrative; vintage, label or presentation may vary without changing essential characteristics.
Availability is checked when the order is processed. If an item cannot be supplied after payment, the customer will be informed and the relevant amount refunded without undue delay.
3. Process and obligation to pay
The customer selects products, reviews the basket, provides the required details, sees delivery charges and the total, accepts the terms and confirms the order.
The final button says “Place order with obligation to pay”. Pressing it creates an obligation to pay. Details and quantities can be corrected beforehand.
Automatic receipt does not constitute acceptance where payment is not authorised, data is missing, stock is unavailable or an obvious error is found. Confirmation will be emailed to the address provided.
4. Payment and invoices
Available methods and their conditions are shown before payment. Payment is processed in the enabled provider's environment; Bodegas Petrón should not receive full card details.
The customer authorises the displayed total. An invoice can be requested through the contact channels by providing the necessary tax details.
5. Delivery
Available areas, costs and estimated times are shown before payment. Delivery is made to the address provided, which the customer must check is complete and accurate.
Timings may be affected by reasonable events outside the seller's control. Customers will be informed of material delay or inability to deliver and retain their statutory rights.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason. An unequivocal statement may be emailed to info@bodegaspetron.es with the order and contact details.
Goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after notice. The consumer bears the direct return cost unless goods are defective, sent in error or the law places the cost on Bodegas Petrón.
The consumer is liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish nature and characteristics. Statutory exceptions apply where relevant and properly disclosed.
7. Withdrawal refund
Payments, including standard delivery charges, are refunded within the statutory period by the same method unless otherwise agreed at no cost. Extra cost from a more expensive delivery option chosen by the customer is not refundable.
The refund may be withheld until the goods or sufficient evidence of return is received, whichever occurs first.
8. Damage, conformity and support
If a parcel is damaged, items are missing or the contents do not match, please contact info@bodegaspetron.es promptly with the reference and, if possible, photographs. This does not limit statutory rights.
Products carry the applicable statutory conformity guarantee. Bodegas Petrón will provide the legally appropriate remedy at no cost where it is responsible.
9. Data, governing law and complaints
Order data is handled under the privacy policy. These terms are governed by Spanish law and any mandatory rules in the consumer's country of residence that apply.
